MA Process

The MA model is based on community and stakeholders engagement in a collaborative process to identify the needs and assets of the community and opportunities in MA goals for sustainable communities:

1.Expanding investment in Micro-finance & Enterprise
2.Stimulating technology & economic development
3.Improving access to quality education
4.Supporting healthcare systems
5.Improving Agricultural development

A sustainable community is one that responds and works through challenges and believes that more can be done by working in partnership with other organizations.

The MA Process:

1.Engagement of communities and other stakeholders,
2.Leadership development and capacity building,
3.Strategic planning and data gathering,
4.Project implementation towards community goals,
5.Other additional community investments,
6.Evaluation of outputs and outcomes,
7.Community & Stakeholders engagement.

The process starts and ends with community engagement. Continual engagement and shared leadership is the foundation of the MA approach

MA is working with communities to ensure that communities practice and demonstrate integrity, transparency, and accountability. MA seeks to partner with NGOs that demonstrate the values of partnership and leadership in creating comprehensive community development.
